This is the most ridiculous indoor plan ever written. With 21 rides in 23 days, this plan mimics the 2012 edition of that famous French bike race. It is a perfect fitness boost to shock yourself into shape and at ~10 hours per week is no joke. Priced low out of pity. Suitable for Zwift online platform (extra cost).
